The platform called Zeyuni “ZEYUNI” is an online learning platform in form of a website or a mobile application that is intended to provide a rare learning opportunity to any willing person who feels the need to learn about any knowledge that Zeyuni provides. Information is presented in form of a recorded lecture video, or lecture audio or sometimes as a written document. Learning on Zeyuni is special in the sense that learners will gain access to well researched information. Most importantly, Zeyuni teaches subjects that benefit people in real life where they are, as compared to teaching them knowledge that they can’t immediately use. This knowledge as an example is in the way learners want to do things like how to building a house in Zambia, how to start and manage a business in Africa with practical examples rather than a motivational lesson, or learning about college/university challenging subjects in popular accounting courses like CA or ACCA as examples. All information or lessons on Zeyuni is not entirely researched and presented by Zeyuni employees or agents in any way. Therefore, Zeyuni cannot guarantee or be held liable for any infringement of copyrights of other people’s works. Should any one person or group of people claim infringement of copyrights, Zeyuni reserves the right to bring down the information off the platform. Therefore, the researchers working with Zeyuni take full ownership and are liable for all information that we upload to Zeyuni. All information on Zeyuni are priced based on the guidelines given by Zeyuini. There will be a minimum price and a maximum price control given by Zeyuni from time to time in such a way that pricing is favourable for you the user to afford and enjoy the website. Each piece of information has a price tag on it and each price may be different from the others. Once you buy the information you will access it in your account on the website for a particular amount of time indicated on each lesson. Once that time passes, the lecture will no longer be available in your account to view again, unless you buy it again. Prices may be reduced or increased from time to time.
HOW YOU PAY FOR LESSONS AND PRIVACY
Zeyuni through third party payment collection companies who run payment gateways will collect all payments online on the website either by mobile money services or by bank card services or both. These payments require the user to enter a phone number or/and email address. The payment collection company may access this information and use it for marketing purposes. Zeyuni may also collect this information in order to make any follow up concerning your experience on our website or make lesson promotions to you from time to time. If you are paying for career mentorship, note that you may have to use your own talk time or data bundles to communicate remotely with our mentorship partner.
REFUNDS FOR PURCHASED LECTURES-MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Zeyuni makes sure that the quality of the content that is uploaded on the website is up to the customers expectations. Before you buy any information on Zeyuni, we provide you what the information will talk about to a level whereby you will be sure that the information is suitable for your needs. However, in case you are not satisfied with the content that you buy for a justifiable reason based on the differences between the expected content and what you find, please email us using the details on the website and we shall refund. FREE OR/AND SPONSORED CONTENT

Content can be uploaded completely for free or the researcher could be asked to sponsor the lecture by paying Zeyuni a particular amount of a fee to have the content on Zeyuni. The content can either be there for a specified amount of time, or for an indefinite period of time but with a minimum amount of time before the content can be removed from the website by Zeyuni.
DISPUTES AND LEGAL ACTIONS
As a user of Zeyuni, if you behave in such a way that compromises our integrity or causes unjustifiable bad publicity about Zeyuni, we will take legal action against you. In the same way, if you think Zeyuni has acted in such a way that is unfair to you, feel free to approach Zeyuni, if not satisfied you may take legal action against us.

These terms and conditions maybe changed from time to time to better serve the needs of the tutor, the users as well as that of Zeyuni to continue to operate smoothly.
